Photo Inspiration: Tinsel Trading Company

I was super lucky to be able to travel to New York City in June with my hubby (on his business trip) for a few fun filled days! While he worked, I hit all the must-see spots in NYC. One of the places I was anxious to get to, was Tinsel Trading Co. As I was walking down 37th, I was instantly in love when I saw all the glass windows lining the front of the store and 'Tinsel Trading Co.' written in a beautiful font on the front of the glass. Love!

I spent at least 2 hours in the store...looking through every drawer of vintage embellishments, oohing and ahhing over the walls of ribbon and debating over what vintage ribbons to actually have cut and purchase. It was heaven! If you ever get a chance to get to Tinsel Trading, be sure to take it! For any type of crafter, it's amazing!

Here are some fun photos from the store...wall of vintage ribbons, vintage buttons on cards, bucket of antique metal thread, vintage spools of thread, and a peek at some of the things that I had put in my bucket.  Enjoy!
