Last week, I was able to slip into Rhonna's Advanced Brush Class at Dear Lizzy and had a great time! Not only is it great to get a little "mommy" creative time, but it's also great when you do it with friends and have a fabulous time. It was a fun night! Thanks Rhonna! :) I learned some new things and created this the next day as I played around in Photoshop...
On another note....did you see that Spark 2 has been announced? Get ready to register on May 1! It was so fabulous last year! I am just realizing that I never shared my project that everyone made and some other fun details of the event. What a nerdo I am! :) I will get that post prepared! But keep checking out the Spark blog...those girls are so fabulous and I can't wait to see what they have up their sleeves! Be there!!
I've been working on some fun creative things...teacher appreciation gifts, some home decor things, a scrapbook page, anniversary card for my hubby (we just celebrated our 13 year anniversary!!) and more. So, I'll get photos up shortly to share.
On a tender, family note - my Grandma is not doing well and should be passing any hour now. I was able to visit with her last week (photo with kids is from Christmas Day) and the whole family met there last night for a special visit and family prayer. It was bittersweet - she is ready to go and so there is peace in that. We all shared special memories and moments with her and that was precious. Her life is definitely one to be celebrated! I love her and will miss her dearly!
