Today, I wanted to share a layout that I did using lots of Girls Paperie goodness! I used papers from both the Paper Girl and On Holiday collections. They combine together so well - I love that splash of red and navy with the feminine colors from Paper Girl - the pink, yellow and greens.
I love the pattern in this paper:and wanted to use the same flower shape in another way on my layout. I used my Silhouette machine and an image from their gallery and cut out these large flowers from various pieces of Girls Paperie patterned paper. I then cut up the flower petals and layered them on top of eachother to create flowers that each had different patterned petals.
I cut the titles with my Silhouette as well. And the triangle banner is cut from a piece of patterned paper from the On Holiday collection. Love those!
This layout is all about my sweet girl and about her insecurities. I want her to bloom, grow and believe in herself despite needing to get glasses and having teeth coming in and everything else that comes with being an 8 year old. I love that girl!
I'll be back tomorrow with some Girl's Paperie cards that I did this week as well! Happy Tuesday!
