What is there not to love about hearts, surprises, cupcakes, love letters and all that resembles love and Valentine's Day? I love this holiday! I love the feminine beauty of it. Color Inspiration: No. 3

I am always inspired by the adorable shirts for girls at the Gap. Not only are the color schemes inspiring, but the type, the decoration, the design...they all combine to make the perfect combination. A little enabling...I just ordered a Canvas print of my kiddos from this great place I heard about and I am sooo excited to get it. I've been wanting a canvas print for years. I also saw this great special they have on personalized calendars right now and thought it would make a great Christmas present for family...I might have to place another order.

My apologies again...things have been crazy busy! I have so much to post about too! I've been working on some fun little projects that I'll be sharing (now that I've found my camera that has been missing...that was scary).


Any readers with an Apple Wireless Keyboard for their Mac? Mine keeps losing it's connection (about 10 times in this post alone). Any ideas on why this is happening? The batteries are fine...it's driving me nuts though! Thanks!

Color Inspiration: No. 2

I found these photos on the web some time ago and just loved the colors - they are all in such a fun, bright hue and I love how they have combined them. If you haven't noticed yet, I am in LOVE with that hot fuchsia pink right now! Plus...these look super good too! :)

Color Inspiration: No. 1

As I mentioned in my last post...I LOVE COLOR! I love to browse all different types of websites for inspiration...in print, home decor, fashion, art...whatever it may be...there is always something to be inspired by. Today, as I was browsing through Pottery Barn's website, I found this fabulous picture of this bright velvet bedding.

I was instantly inspired by the combination of bright colors, by the sewing on the diagnol, by the amazing texture and softness...I love it! I'm hoping to make a project with this color scheme this week. I hope that this inspires you as well!

I plan to share various images (at least one each week) that portray an inspiring color scheme. I hope that they will inspire you in your crafts as they have inspired me. Enjoy!
